2. I'm not telling anyone anything that Coach Hooks don't already know..Unless You control Menard & Dishon You will have a tough time with BC..That spread offense ,zone read that they ran had Kirbyville not knowing whether to wind their butt,or scratch their watch on defense in the first half..But WT our offensive coach got it figured out.. In 7 games Kirbyville has had 71 points put on them..BC put 31 of them there...But I believe WO-S will win this game...WO-S by 10+...Good Luck on the rest of your season..
 3. I can't get much worse,with-out going off the board.. :(
Idk Jasper is pretty bad this year Kirbyville could put up 77 if the starters dont come off the field and coach alverez allows it but coach alvarez has more class than that he wont let them beat Jasper by more than 35
He was also an asst.coach in Jasper at one time...
 8. Getting better all the time Chester...Good Job... ;)
 9.
77 wont be scored by one team in this game  ;) :D
Welcome Back Kotter..... ;D
 10.
We are definitly the strongest team in this district but we have to be careful and not take any game for granted. This is football and anything can happen. Jasper is coming off a big win and a big boost of confidence
You are correct...That's why I don't like byes...They are good if you got injured players..But they can also take you out of sync...Practice conditions and real game conditions are two different animals...
 11.
To AAW I knew someone would correct me, in this case it may be a little pre-mature. ;) I meant to say that class, not all the individuals. Yes the ones who were promoted to varsity as sophs did lose, point taken. I don't think the class (this years juniors) has lost to WOS. Someone who can search those results from when they were in 8th,9th,and last years JV game feel free to enlighten me because I don't know that for a fact. To Kville Kats you need to brush up on your Adam Sandler movies, that was from Anger Management.  :D
;D ;D :D...
 12.
Easy there Kville Kats!!! Nobody used that as an excuse and it was never intended to be. Only used as a comparison, new QB running the offense. Nothing more. I no way shape or form was that meant to take away from the Kirbyville win. Settle down, back up, and repeat after me........"gooose frabba, goose frabba". Clear enough for ya????
Oh I was just saying Coach Alvarez understood the situation they were in and offered to postpone the game.....and as far as "goooose frabba"...I have no idea on that...sounds like a social disease.. ;D
 13.
All of the jaw jacking and trash talking aside this game could turn out to be much better than most people want to admit. It appears that the first thing any of the folks trying to dis-credit BC will point to is the strength of schedule compared WOS. No doubt WOS has played a tougher schedule, tough to argue that fact. Next logical comparison is common opponent and that leads us to Kirbyville. There is no debate from anyone that WOS was is a very tough place both mentally and physically when they played Kirbyville. A young QB making his first varsity start under very difficult conditions, enough said. On the other hand it is really hard to discount the fact that BC dropped 31 points on a really impressive Kirbyville team, a fact that even the most faithful WOS fan has to acknowledge. The WOS defense is playing extremely well right now and gaining momentum every week. BC's offense is a well balanced bunch and that will pose a problem because WOS will have to respect the fact that they are not overly depending on either the run or pass. I'm sure Coach T will dial up an interesting game plan to combat both phases of the game. From a historical perspective WOS holds an incredible edge on the series, a whole bunch to none I think. But there is another side to that fact, I may be wrong and I apologize if so but I don't think the current group of BC juniors has ever lost to WOS. I'm sure there are some here who are much better at looking up results than I am and I fully expect some of the Mustang faithful to check this one out and report back! LOL! The last bunch that never lost to WOS (BC dropped to 3A during their soph year) wound up going to the state semi finals I believe, 2001 or 2002 I think but not positive.  With all that being said I am personally looking forward to a good game with no injuries and no excuses. Good luck to both the Mustangs and the Cardinals.
There is no debate from anyone that WOS was is a very tough place both mentally and physically when they played Kirbyville. A young QB making his first varsity start under very difficult conditions, enough said.   Coach Alvarez asked Hooks if He wanted not to played the game...Hooks declined,Said YES he wanted to play it...So let's get that cleared up....It was in the Beaumont Enterprise also...
 14.
Huntington is a 3A school with 1A athletes......been that way for years. They have good coaching and the kids bust their butt.....just not a good measuring stick to gauge where you are at........
Very well put....A team that loses by 50 to 60 points every week, can't be considered a real challenge..I feel sorry for Huntington really...The never quit trying...
 15. BC the Kirbyville Wildcats and most of the fans have done nothing but speak highly of your team and your effort,And in return all we read about in the posts are lame excueses why you lost to Kirbyville..YOU LOST BECAUSE YOU WERE OUT PLAYED BY A BETTER TEAM THAT NIGHT ..PERIOD..!! ...But I don't think you are ready for WO-S...Congrats on the Silsbee Win...WO-S by 14+....
 16. Yeah I can't help but feel sorry for Hunington...After giving them a running clock in the second half, giving them the ball back in the second half, not playing the starters in the second half..And we still win 56/7..Gotta give them credit they never give up.... ;)
 17. I still say Vidor is gonna be there...Iv'e said it since the Vidor / Kirbyville game..I told Titan it was just something in the mixture that needed to get mixed in to make it all go.....Good Game Vidor... ;)
 18. Hey Grad...When do you update the rankings..
 19. Football96 BC did not give the game away out of desperation..the deficit was 20 points not 3 or 7... remember... ;)
OF stuck with yall by 7 until the 4th quarter (by what i read idk how far in) i believe BC is a better team than OF this season, to say WOS will win by 28 is dreaming and wishing apon a shooting star...
BC is a good team,But they didn't give the game away...They didn't lose by 7 or 3...BC you lost by 20...remember??? why is that dreaming? what has bc done or who has bc beaten that makes you think any different? was it the powerhouse shepherd, stafford, or kelly that makes you think you have a legit shot? congrats on beating silsbee, its the only decent team youve beaten thus far.
and holding Kville to within 7 until the final what? 4 or 5 minutes of the game before we got desperate and tried to force a tie / win? BC could have owned that W but gave it away.. you're a fool to think otherwise. we beat silsbee tonight... (some thought BC would lose by double digits???) gonna be a looooong weak with trash talk already starting right after a Friday night game! haha. ill talk more monday after tonight's win has been properly celebrated!  ;)
if you truly believe that bc had the w against kville and they "gave it away" then youre team is in worse shape than youre willing to admit! you better get your crap together this week because you wont have to give wos anything, theyre gonna take it! congrats on the win though... :-*
21. I think Jasper will find it a little tougher this coming friday night.... ;)
 22. What do you think on this one...?
 23.
We better win tonight. Been following Bulldog football for over 30 years and this is by far the worse its been. There is help close by. Local help. I hope that the admistration is smart nuff to be looking. It should never be this way.
Don't look South.... ;) ;D
 24.

Sorry to say but Huffman doesn't have near enough speed to hang with Coldspring, you can say all you want to, I seen the game against Shepherd (and yes Huffman was in control of that game the entire night) but after everything I heard and read about Huffman I really thought I would of seen a more Physical and faster team. You have a few kids that can run but do not have near enough team speed (from the lineman to the secondary) to compete with Coldspring. Coldspring is a lot bigger and way more Physical than Huffman. I am not taking anything away from Huffman cause they are a good team and will get second in the district but I just don't see where they have enought to stay with Coldspring. Yes I know DeBerry is a great QB and you have a couple of recievers that are very good, I don't disagree with that, but DeBerry will not have a lot of time to sit back and pass the ball and the defensive speed that Coldspring has is going to be too much. Again if you don't score 70 points Huffman will not win, the Huffman defense is not going to allow them to stay in the game, If Huffman's offense is on the sidelines then they are not going to be out there throwing the ball around. The only way to be a spread offense like what Huffman has is to keep them on the sidelines and that is what Coldspring will do.
We played Coldspring the first game of the season, tough team...I think Coldspring will wear Huffman down, and control the second half..Coldspring bgy 14+..Good Luck To Both Teams..
We should've beaten kirbyville too. First game of the season for both teams,so both a little rusty, but kirbyville only scored 14 offensive points, coldspring got close to the goal line many times, but just couldn't punch it in. Also coldspring's offensive scheme wise was not prepared for kirbyville's defense, many people came through untouched because of missed assignments by OL, because coldspring definetly had the size advantage up front and you could tell when they started running normal smashmouth plays. You can bet during the playoffs that coldspring coaches will be studying that game hard before the two teams meet, and ultimately we'll see who the better team is.
ANY TIME, ANY PLACE... ;)
