This is not a dig at sc fans but was last night typical as far as attendance goes. I was shocked how few people were on sc side. I was worried about seating at dayton because our visitor side isnt that big but it would have been plenty big enough to accomodate sc last night.

Dayton put 42 pts on humble in the first half. If crosby doesnt beat humble by 21 or more I would be shocked and concerned if I was a coog fan. Crosby 42-14.

Also were did sb get his info on ints. He said dayton has 1. Landon had 1 last week. I know justin campbell has 2 and st andre has 1. Oh yea and keener had 1 against elkins. These are just the ones I remember.

Im not sure were sb got his defensive stats. Dayton is giving up fewer pts per game and fewer yds per game. Im also a little concerned for sb mental health. I remember him posting that sc reminded him of lake travis. Last night was the first time I saw sc and they look nothing like lake travis.

Daytons qb was pulled at the end of the first half. I can make assumptions why but I really dont know. It was not one of his better games. BH does have a good defense. Their only giving up about 10 pts a game for the year. Im glad crosby had sucess against them but that was one game. I dont think you can take games against bh or crosby if your a dayton fan and really learn anything about your team. Rivalry games are hard to figure out. In 2009 crosby beat dayton 28-0 and that same year dayton played brenham in a nailbiter for the region. One more thing on our backup qb. He is just young but he put 42 pts up in the first half against humble.

The thing about d1 enrollment numbers is that some schools like a manvel were just below the 4a cutoff before redistricting. That area was groing so fast that by last year they were well into 5a enrollment #s. I think the same thing will happen with sc. The higher your enrollment the better talent you have to pick from. There are exceptions like aledo with jg. JG gave aledo the ability to play with anyone but there might not ever be a player like him again.

Who said sc and ck was a close game. My point was dayton beat the same team 24-6 and had 3 starters out and didnt even play their qb the second half and everybody trashed dayton.
