No doubt manvel is a beast but dayton is hot and knows how to win. What I keep thinki.g about is all the talent we have coming back next year. If we find a way to do this this year next year should be another very deep run. Keep saying it 16 starters coming back and a freshman class that outscored opponents by over 300 pts. Now lets get this done tomorrow bronx not ready to end this season.

Dayton knows manvel is a good team and we will have to play lights out to win. But what alot of people outside of dayton dont know is this is a very young team. I think we have 15 starters coming back and a freshman core that outscored their opponents by like 300 pts. So win or lose friday daytons better days are ahead of them. I really thought about halfway through the season we would be lucky to win a playoff game. But I have to give the coach and kids all the credit in the world for pulling things together and becoming a really good team. Cant wait till friday maybe the bronx got a little majic left for this season.

Yeah no doubt manvel has a good team. I hope they rush 3 like you say because I dont care how good you are if you have to fight double teams all night you will get tired.

Never said elcampo was a slouch. My point was they were tied with manvel at halftime so manvel is not unbeatable. Also last year manvel beat lm in district and lost to lm in the playoffs. I actually picked manvel to beat brenham for the region at the start of the year.

They wont be any bigger than ike just a better team. I cant stand it when people say man this team is big and fast. No crap all the teams in the 3rd round are big and fast. All the small slow ones are sitting at home. They slipped by elcampo in the first round by 8 pts this team is far from unbeatable. Bronx play like they did last night I like our chances

Big difference was when smesney was a sophmore that was 2005 I think we ended up with a losing record and didnt win a playoff game. I look at our team and the freshman coming up and cant beleive how much talent we have coming back.

Wes welker probably wasnt high on everybodys list but he seemd to ne doing ok. Jerry rice never was the biggest or fastest receiver and look how that turned out. Its called work ethic

This is coming from dayton and I have seen alot of playoff games in the last 5 years and this kid was easily one of the top 5 I have seen. I could definitely see him playing d1 if given the chance. Now is he a parade all american like aj dugat was for dayton no but he is a very talented receiver.

What that tells me is no one wants to see the bronx next year this might be the youngest team I have seen at dayton. Man I sure hope we get this victory sat every game now is that much more experience for these youg kids.
