1.
Until Dayton's defense can stop the pass on a CONSISTENT basis then I'll become a believer in the system.  I believe once they face SC's stud QB and receivers then we'll get a better idea of what they can do.  Dayton's defense has yet to be tested.  For the record, the best defense I've seen is the Jakari Pearson and Bowers (Sp?) team the year they played La Marque in the dome.  I think that team was built better for a state title, big hit you in the mouth team.
If i had to pick the best Dayton defense it would have been the year we got beat by Bay City in the playoffs.  Cant remember the year.  We beat Bay City everywhere but the scoreboard.  They had probably less than 50 yards of offense on us and we still lost.  That defense that year would kick your A##.
2. Can someone put up Andres Herrera stats?  Thanks!
3. Nope they are working out just as planned ;D Keep posting it makes you feel better 49-10 did yall even show up to the game or was that the awesome freshman team ;D
BHFAN you will get a taste of those freshman next year.  Keep on chirping!
4. BHFAN is this post the best that your little mind can come up with?  What a joke.  5 strait years the Broncos have made it to the 3rd round.  What has your team done?
5. Dayton and BH played each other back in the 70's and 80's.  It was very heated then.
6. BH10, not hatin, just pokin at the Hill.  Been around along time and have alot of friends over their.
7. Yeah, we saw the green shirt and then 7Mary spotted the green shoes.  Thanks for coming Brenham Fan!
8. The Bronco defense has really stepped it up in the last few games.  The front seven is really quick.  This team is peaking at the right moment.
9. Can someone tell me what the score was for the BH game this weekend?  Cant seem to find it.  Thanks!
10. Hope he is okay. You hate to see that anytime, but especially in a scrimmage. is dayton starting qb back in?
11. Are you freakn'kidn me! Google Ricky Eggleston and see what pops up, he didn't have the luxury of a Div-1 QB throwing to him. This man set all kinds of records and put Sam Houston State University on the map. I can think of several other good receivers and tight-ends that came through the system that never got the opportunities of having a Div-1 QB throwing to them. Bite your tongue bud. Now that Ardist fella'seem to be injury prone and had two left feet. ;D Thanks 7mary3 on the props for Rick! These young Broncos have no idea who Ricky Eggleston is. Pre Stewart era, Ricky has to be the greatest athlete to come thru Dayton. He played in the early 80's and was a beast. He was on varsity all four years. His senior season in 1984 our team was horrible and he carried us on his back. He was a stud in all sports and went on to be an All American at Sam Houston State. I personally think AJ Dugat is the best athlete to come thru Dayton but Ricky has to be mentioned and given his due.
12. Ricky Eggleston is a legend in Dayton. He was on the 82, 83 & 84 Bronco teams. He is definately on the short list of Dayton greats! He was an All American at Sam Houston State and coached in Tomball. It is ashame that he is no longer with us.
