Congratulations to Buna! Kirbyville has had a rough year but rebuilds always suck at first I look for Kirbyville to be a contender for the district title next season.

As a Wildcat fan I must say this was one heck of a hire.

Neither team will run away from the other this one will certainly live up to the hype.

Newton did slack off very early there was just no resistance given by my wildcats. WT is a class act and like was stated in a previous comment I assure you he took no joy in throttling my wildcats.

Newton is the real deal I seen first hand Friday night. The most complete team I have ever seen them have. Silsbee is no slouch and it is great they agreed to play Newton. Newton will see much more resistance this game against a tough silsbee team but now enough to be knocked off. I’m picking.... Newton-35 Silsbee-14

Let’s face it Wildcat fans we are in a down year and hopefully are on the track of a rebuilding process 3 head coaches and 3 different systems in the last 3 years. Kirbyville will have a rough season but I do think we will get to the light at the end of the tunnel. However will all that being said I’m going with Lumberton in this one and I won’t throw a prediction out there because I’m to big of a Wildcat fan.
