The first Turnover was Easton Dean on the Trojans first drive at the Diboll 35 yard line, Second turn over was Bookman once again in Diboll territory.

Injuries are key for the Trojans. McGowen went out last week with a knee injury as well as Brown and Sparks being out of the game as well.. Coldspring has lost 2 games this season and both games we turned the ball over multiple times. If the Trojans can hold onto the Rock I feel it will be a 6 point game in New Caney in favor of our Trojans.

I do believe Shepherd will get some sort of break this next alignment Tarkington numbers are higher that the past, as well as diboll.. Coldspring at 492, I can see some changes coming

Those years were great, but what really made it was the amount of parental support the program had, as well as the amout of athletes we had.. GO back and look at how many went on to play at the next level from 2009-2014

I dont think you can use the Shepherd game as a comparison.. an early penalty by the trojans set the tempo for the Pirates. Coldspring has been playing lights out on both sides of the ball even with the injuries they have had. I like to compare the wins over the district schedule and make my prediction on that and what I have seen... Talking to the Crockett Broadcast team last week, They feel like we are coing to run through Diboll... I think it will be a 2 score game for the Trojans.

Westwood will take the 3 and Crockett will take the 4, with Hunnington in a close 5th

I agree and what I have been saying during my radio shows as well.

I know there is somewhat of a thread on this but lets make it official.. Diboll 4-0 (Hosting Crockett) Coldspring 3-0 ( Hosting Westwood this week) Westwood 2-1 (Loss to Diboll 35-0) Crockett 2-1 (Loss to Westwood) Hunnington 1-3 (Defeated Trinity) (Bye week with Elkhart and Westwood to finish the season) Trinity 0-3 Elkhart 0-4 DIboll and Coldspring in the drivers seat of the district right now. Westwood is playing this week to stay alive at would at best could be the 2seed in the district. Crockett is doing the same but not likely to win over Diboll this week and should finish out 1-2 over the next 3 weeks to lock down the 4 seed. So playoff look is the first 4 listed and going to be an interesting 3 weeks as this shakes out. Coldspring and DIboll have been playing good football so it should make for a fun ending to the district. Trinity and Elkhart are gearing up for basketball season

Their defense is going to be on point, last year they had us beat and a Monroe pick saved us... we at home this year, so hopefully we can maintain that home field advantage
