Heard the Dayton pricipal or super (not sure which) has two girls that play and wanted it at DHS and the school board voted it down.    :'(  Sorry BH would have less a chance then Dayton getting it approved.  Come on over to GCM  ;)

Byrd go to GCCISD and look up the demographics reports.  Nope there is plently of room at HM.  They are thinking of realignment for Junior and elem.  You can't beat the discipline and RESPECT expected from those good old coaches.  But that was a whole different world I don't think Baytown can get back.  Too many parents with MY BABY - don't treat him,  he can't whatever BS.

Really panama - your approving a bond for a junior high there is no need for exept to better the football program?!!! LOL :D

QB good luck with your freshman.  But those with older boys have watch quite a few start as freshman and love the game.  To reach Jr or Sr year and not liking the game anymore because of coaches.  Yes that happens every where.  Heck even on drill team.  ;D    Sadly it looks to be a long sad last half of the season.  And last years "winning season" was what place?  3rd and 4th (even though they go to playoffs) is not even close to being called District Champs.

That was terrible.  Gotta agree with the coaches thread.  Long last half of season to go.

panamamyers - nothing like Dixie and Dull Razor to get a Gander fan going!  What is the status of the band playing those songs this year?  Just remember talk in the past the band director did not let the band play them.  Can't wait till the last game of the season. :)  Sitting on one side but still a Gander! Merla Kramer (Former REL Coach Ron Kramer's wife) can sing every schools song and fight song.  :D  Now she's at GCM.

I liked hearing Nederlands! Gig'em Aggies! :) GCM is the LSU fight song.  The principals alma mater.
