Now that I have gave bh multiple post about how good they played and given them 2 days to beat their chest I can go back to being a bronco fan and tell you I hope bh loses multiple district games. I watched them storm the field and chant like they had won state not just the first district game. I have never seen dayton respond to a district win like that we usually just walk of the field. If the bronx dont use this as a wake up call then their in trouble. Beating dayton in our district is peoples state game and every team will play like that. Our defense made #20 look like earl campbell I dont think I have ever seen that many missed tackles from a dayton team. This week the bronx better get it togethet because if they dont gp can get their state championship to.
Personally I see it a different way! I don't think the teams that beat yall feel like they have won state, they are just glad to shut the Bronco's up! The Dayton Bronco's always feel they are a better team than they actually are! That Big head started coming out after you took it to 20-4A. The team plays cocky and when they get up on you they start flapping their jaws! WOS is the same way when they are winning they are jiving on the field and high fiving and doing anything to intimidate the other team. If you don't like how teams act when they beat you then slow your roll and win with class! Oh and that #20 you didn’t make him look like anything! That boy plays lights out every game! Here's to you hoping we lose a multiple district games  :-*
Do you even know what that means? ::)  Nothing wrong with a team.. being overly excited that they FINALLY beat the Kings of 19-4A IMO. Will they do it again... maybe, maybe not.  We already had to endure the arrogance of the BH posters when yall sucked... Now that yall wised up and used that tax money you get from the plants and hired someone who might know what they are doing (as far as football) . Now we have to put up with yall's arrogance even more....Here's to BH doing well... Finally have some competition for the Broncos.
When the Shoe is on the other foot it doesn't feel so good, Does it sweat heart 8) ;D
What is a "sweat heart"... The shoe is NOT on the other foot...one game, or even one season, does not a program make Nice try, "crosby light"
an autograph of what?  merka?  I might as well get an autograph of any of the 11 kids on the field at any given time...because as of now, they're all pretty even.  Merka may/may not see the field at TCU.  Look at Cody, all-state QB and state champ runner-up and he's barely seeing playing time because there's ALWAYS someone better, faster and stronger waiting to take their place. I'm sure Merka is a great kid, most of the kids out there are.  They are what afford us this board and the ability for thirty-something has-been's to talk smack back and forth to each other for sport.  I never lose sight of that aspect, it's you I don't like. as far as dayton being "podunk" and things that shape the world being bronzed...take a look at coach stewart and the kids he's coached.  A lot of us learned perserverance, courage and confidence from a man who exudes it.  If that's not "world-changing" I don't know what is... Darian was probbaly the best defensive lineman, however the defensive ends at Galena Park deserves to be mentioned. As for Dayton's #1, yeah right.  He is an OK player, but come on, he is not even close to being as valuable as Merka to his team in either rushing or passing.  NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!!!     Passing Stats Andrew Vargas Galena Park 158  337  46.88  2,553  23  20   Dominic Merka Crosby 143  306  46.73  2,101  12  10  That's a butt kicking against Dayton! They were the benefitiary of BH's first game under a new offense and defense. 2. They proved all year long any team with speed was better than them. 3. They lost every game they played again good teams and should have lost to Livingston. 4. Finally, they will not win district next year. 5. They are not smart enough to come up with anything but their 54 reason reply. 6.  OH, and the dentist in Dayton make a fortune.  ;D     Wake up, you have been SMOKED by the SMOKIN-BABY and MERKA!   ;D
You missed the fact that Merka's numbers are less because he played Daytons D... how many yards does Jakari get without that excellent blocking from his Wides? To be Fair Jakari can't win MVP because he didn't play enough games, and yard wise didn't do too well. Good back he'll prolly win it next year but stat comparison not even close Merka by a Mile. Those who argue Herrea because of his Completion Percentage etc. Recognize that's because he had 3 very good receivers who turn 2 yard passes into 16 yard passes etc. Also what did he do passing wise vs Crosby? nothing because Crosby closed the short routes and forced any pass over the top.
42-3 good game though
 19.
Sometimes your memory is more accurate when you get a chance to see the game again.....enjoy Marque vs Datyon 2010La Marque vs Dayton 2010
you might want to take a good look at it too...dayton left 7 points on the table early, the game took a 14 pt swing after Dayton dropped one in the end zone and threw the pic on the LM 7...they drove back to score had Dayton scored first, who knows... congrats to LM, i still believe the teams were much more evenly matched than the score shows...
 20.
Recap: [Hidden Content] I may have overstated it in the article but La Marque's D did come to play, no doubt. Earlier in the year, Tim Wright was virtually carrying the team at times but now the D is showing up big time. How did they give up 55 to Friendswood and 43 to Texas City? Should be a good game between LM and Manvel from Angelton. 24-4A is a monster, it's only a Dawson TD away from having all it's playoff teams in the Quarterfinals. And poor, poor Santa Fe, they could have caused some damage if they made the playoffs. HISD should forfeit one or two of their playoff bids to other teams.  ;)
It doesn't help when you shoot yourself in the foot by overthrowing wide open receivers about 10 times...made it easy on the D a lot of the time... by the way, now I'm just going to say it...there's an "e" on the end of "deflate"
 21.
Recap! [Hidden Content] Dayton had some missed opportunities, they easily could have had at least 12 points minimum off field goals. La Marque is off to the 4th round for 14th time in the last 18 seasons. That's insane.
is this article supposed to be a play on words using "Deflates"?  or is "D-Flats" correct?
 22. two fairly evenly matched teams...i wish we had not made a few mistakes (pick near the end zone, false start in the 4th when Dayton was driving, etc)...this game was by far closer than the score. granted, LM seemed to impose their will on Dayton's D (which was because they were on the field almost the whole game), but Dayton started to click at times, only to be stifled by penalties or turnovers. i congratulate an LM team who, despite very little discipline, had enough raw athletic ability to beat a well coached Dayton team. It was definitely not our day...it was the sloppiest I've seen them play all year.  I was sad to see it go down like that. Great season, Broncos...thanks or a great run Baldwin, Ripkowski and Wright, it was fun to watch! 8)

Coog "it's" really a "shame" that you only have something to say when "the" Broncos are behind or when we beat you. Get over it and get off here. 2 Things 1) Your Broncos are losing to La Marque, and the same thing i've said all year is true, this team has a good defense but as a team they are not that good. 2) The cougs defense was butter, and the Broncos got BH early which i assure you helped hints the 400 fumbles. Also go to heck i posted whenever i darn well please.
Scoreboard....
