2. Wow I am appalled!  You have no idea how embarrassed I am.  Barbers Hill used to have coaches that were a little more respectful than this.  I know that last week after the HF football game Coach Price spent some time with his players.  And that is why Coach Price is such a great coach.  He is always teaching life lessons like this one.   I really don’t know what to say, I am so frustrated.  I also hear that a lot of the coaches are really buddy buddy with the players.  Oh and cuss them out also!  I never once heard a coach cuss anyone out when I was at The Hill.  What direction is The Hill going now? 2009 SLC Champions take on Lamar University at 6:00 in Nacogdoches AXE EM JACKS

 4. Well I guess the tunnel did not work.  Maybe if they add some smoke next week that will do the trick. axe em jacks
 5. I know when a coach was thinking of going to the Hill that Griffin told this coach that to was a bad decisson.  So why does he want to be there? axe em jacks

(Class of 2007)  To me it seems like he is going back to REAL football, where the kids will work hard to be successful.  And they don't have the attitude as some BH kids do. Where some of them think all they have to do is show up "or have the last name Poole or May."  I really do miss those 3A days sometimes. BH 89 it is time for you to be quite.  You got what you wanted so go and start spying the new BH AD.  I doubt you have a demanding job because you have some much time to bash coaches.  "By the way you put to much salt on my fries last time I was at McDonald's."  I am sure there is going to be something you don't like about him.  And another thing you say real football is played west of the Trinity River hmmm.... I did not realize Trinity River went around WOS. axe em jacks
WOW...YOU just made sure you didn't get a recommendation or future job yourself at BH bashing the superintendent and his friends.  My sister said you were way out there and I should look for your posts.  Not sure with that stuff and revealing who you are would help you get a job at BC either and we are hiring! When you grow up some, you'll realize you don't burn any bridges in life, no matter what the bridge looks like!
He is just telling the truth about the REGIME thats running BH, no worse than you and your way out sister spreading gossip about peoples personal life. It was nice to see those posts have been reomoved.
I have a lot of recommendations from Barbers Hill.  I don't have to get it from the Superintendent it is not liked he ever talked to me when I was there anyways.  He was to busy talking to his "friends" Why would I want to work at The Hill?  I would have loved to work there before Poole and some of the board members where there.  I have talked to ex teachers and administrators and they have all told me the same thing.  They wish I could have seen The Hill before Poole got there.  I can remember what Barbers Hill was like when Mr. Rotan was there.  I have never seen a superintendent support the staff as much as he did.  And all I have done is spoke the truth.  I have not bashed anybody from the school. I have just called them out!  You tell your sister that I have the support of many people in this community.  I am not trying to brag I am just telling the facts as they are. axe em jacks
Why are you getting everyone stirred up if he is a dunce?   SFAJack07:  I dont agree with the Price decision either, but you sir, are making yourself look foolish.  Posting your name on here then running down school board members and trustees when you are 20 or so years old makes you look juvenile.  Remember, this is your home, you come back here often, you don't want people to see you and immediately think of your childish comments on here.  Have some class. As I stated earlier, I think Price was doing a fine job and we had no reason to send him away, but since we have, we might as well move on to discussion about who we are going to bring in here.  I think we need someone young and energetic.  Tatum's Andy Evans and Kirbyville's Jack Alvarez come to mind....who are you guys thinking about?
I have just stated the facts is all.  I do come back to the Hill a lot and everybody knows I support Coach Price.  A lot of people in the community say that what I have posted is right and needs to be said.  It is childish how some of the school board members and the superintendent treated Coach Price just because he did not suck up to them.  Come on now they did not even want him at the sports banquet.  How about the administration show some class and let the man go out with his boots on.
 9.
Good God people please take a tissue and move on  :'( Most of you Price supporters are just that! Try and support BH! ya know the school!! If your embarrassed of BH then follow Price to his next school and you can tell everyone how great he is there too ;D
It is hard to support the Hill after doing Coach Price like they did and other employees of the district.
 10.
sfajack07, you probably did not see the run through since your head was stuck somewhere else
Well it was not up a board member's butt that is for sure.  I have been all over that campus.  I worked there from when I was a junior in school to when I interned there.  The only place I did not go was the superintendent's office to kiss his butt.  So, I guess it is in there.
 11.
I have talked to some people on the board and directors at BH and have heard that there IS money in the budget for turf among other things. Price says turf doesn't make you win ball games, neither does the dome they run thru at the beginning and halftime at games(which we have but can't use), neither does "re-skinning" helmets before playoff games (same ratty decals torn up thru reg. season games).I grew up with coaching (not from here) that says if you look good, you feel good, you play good! Kind of a MORAL booster! BH got a new scoreboard with the little snowflakes and not rerun because it doesn't win ball games. It was a known pissing contest between the Coach and the Board, and who loses??? The kids!! Everyone needs to take themselves out of the equation and remember we are teaching and coaching kids to get them ready for the next level or life in general... What do you think the past few classes will remember or take on in life???
Coach Price wanted turf. He asked for it when they were discussing bonds.  But that is the first thing that was tossed.  Barbers Hill does not have a run through.  I never saw it when I was there.  And stickers were changed out before playoff games.  Some players like having stickers that were roughed up though.  Do you know how many people it takes to have instant replay?  It takes a whole team.  It is not just two people.  Schools that have instant replay usually have an AV Club to do it.  I guess it is Coach Price's fault for not having an AV Club at Barbers Hill also.  Get your facts straight.
Yeah it looks like a crown on top of a homeless person.  The press box looks good,  but the visitors side, the consession stand, and the field is not up to par. Come on now Huffman has a better facility then the Hill does.  The only reason the hill got a new press box was because of the hurricane.
Why the shot at Huffman?
Just saying that a 3-A school has better venues than a 4-A.
