Gary Hammond - TJ 1967 & 68 . I was in 5th or 6th grade but saw him play when TJ played Orange and he was quite an athlete. Surprised some of you old TJ folks forgot about him.

At West Orange I had the distinct privilege of playing for both Ronnie Anderson and Wayne Williams. There was never a dull moment at any practice or game. I could fill a whole thread with their quotes, the only problem is most of what they said can't be printed here! Here is one that is printable. Every year before the LCM game Coach Anderson would tell us..."Now boys I don't like those Cardinals (Bridge City), or Tigers (Silsbee) but I can't stand those d**n Bears!"

Great feature. I enjoy the board but had stated earlier I didn't care for the look. Well needless to say that has been fixed and then some! Nice job. I am using the comic book. Much better now.

Why?

In Shawnee, been up here for longer than I want to remember. Not bad really. Just miss those Friday Nights! If you have lived in KS very long you know the HS football is lacking.
