  1. FYI, My kids are in the TYFA league.  Although my organization does not participate in Spring football,  there is a Spring season which consist of teams in Houston, San Antonio, Austin and the Valley.  It consist of 6 games and then a playoffs.  I personally don't participate due to my kid being involved in other sports, but if you want to play go to the web page and look at the teams participating, and I am sure they would allow your child to play with one of the Houston teams.
  2. All PA Titans teams advanced to the playoffs in the TYFA league.  They are in pursuit to bring home the state championship which will be played at UT stadium.  We are very proud of all of the kids and the support recieved from all involved will keep everyone updated on the games ahead.
  3. One more thing that I must say, people we have to be open minded, there is always a better way to settle a situation, besides casting someone out.  There is always two sides to every story.  In the end no one involved in this situation won.  Putting us out didn't benefit your kids nor mine.  What do you tell your kids when they ask where is the Titans. Why can't our kids play with yours.  I believe that putting your organization out would not only hurt your kids but mine as well.  I believe in addressing issues individually.  If there is a problem with a person I address him not the entire organization.  When we as adults place winning over everything this becomes the end result and its ugly.  In defeat I learned to get up and try harder,  I although unable to participate in the playoffs watched a good portion of the playoffs and was happy for everyone, for I imagined one day we would hoist the trophy and taste victory.  Give the kids what they desire to have. Which is to have fun.
  4. N D N nation I personally don't believe that everybody within the organization of STJFL are bad.  But I believe that consideration was not taken from every organizations board when the fate of my team was discussed. Personally I will tell all that I didn't feel that PA did anything so detrimental to the extent that we should have been put out. What about our kids is what bothers me? I personally left the meeting hurt as I would have to explain to the parents and kids that we were not wanted, and without a reason as to why we were not wanted.  No answers were given to me as to why this happened, so you have to forgive those opinions and speculations as to personal feelings to what some may believe.  There are plenty like you who would step up to the plate and face any challange put in front them.  It's sad that you don't sit on the board and are able to speak that which would have been logical.  My organization is moving forward, we will be playing football.  PA did not die because of the decision we got stronger.  We will continue to do so.
  5. To all PA Titan fans and parents, as the president of the organization, rest assure we will be playing ball next year, I will give each and everyone of you the details soon, I was working real diligently on resolving some issues.  As far as the comments here which have been made, no one knows the reasons for what took place including myself.  But we already have a solution and are progressing.  So if you are with us I ask that we move foward, the saying goes when one door closes another one opens, and believe you and me wait till you see what we have in store.
  6. I know it's been a while since I posted on this board.  I just would like to give thanks to all involved in youth sports.  Your time and efforts in the development of these young men and women go a very long way.  It's the men and women who sacrifice there time to give back that makes the big difference.  Despite all the negative that we may be faced with, the different situations that come about throughout a season, we all still find joy in seeing these young men and women progress, and develope into productive members of society. This is why we do this, not just for the thrill that comes with victory, but for the chance to say that we are actively apart of something that stands for right.  So in conclusion continue being a role model, the greatest gift of all is giving.  Thanks to all, have a happy holidays, hope to see you next year.
  7. If lonestar would accept the challenge we would bring it.
  8. Yes PA is participating in the pro bowl told coaches, they will make selects soon.  I believe it is 4 from PW, 4 from Jr and 6 from seniors that was aloted.  Someone please correct me if I am wrong, so I can change the info which was given to the senior coach.
  9. Thank you for the comment on our organization.  Predictions Flag.    Orangefield best flag team PW.      Very hard PNG G, Lum W, or BMT G Jr.        WOS or PNG W Edge WOS Sr.        Hands down WOS
  10. Lhsallzone you are right I can't recall all of the players numbers but the ones you mentioned along with the ones Ive have been fortunate to see would are flat out studs.  I havent seen BMT yet but I will get a chance to see them Saturday.  We all should have quite a few to contribute at there respective highschools underneath the lights and beyond in the future.
  11. 12. To the best of my knowledge it will not affect him until he reaches senior high football.  In youth leagues he will fall in the group with his age and not his grade.  I believe if he is 19 before his Senior year of football UIL will deem him ineligible.
  13. I am replying to all comments which I have read on this thread today.  As a member of the STJFL board and a representative of PA Titans I am saddened by what has been said about my orginazation as well as of the other organizations. Nothing which was placed on this board is going to change the outcome of my organization nor will it open up any invests on hhe other organizations.  We can not change the past but we all can make things better for our future, which should be the development of our youth in the sport which we all love.  To set the record straight PA did not stack a team, I repeat did not.  We made a mistake on registration, that I will stand before god and admit to but it was not done with the sole purpose of winning a football game, we acted in good faith.  As a man I will stand here and say to all that if winning is all that is important then you are missing out on the greater picture which is the development and progress which these kids have made over the past 7 weeks.  This is why I do this and hopefully is the reason which you choose to participate as well.  We have moved on past the decision and encourage others to do the same as well.  I look forward to the next couple of weeks, and can assure PA will not have this problem again.  I can also promise this Joe Nammath predicted his team to win it all, I am doing the same  we will bring it home next year.  In the words of Bart Scott "Can't Wait"!!!!!!!
