RUMORED TO BE A BAT AND GUN , SHOULD HE HAVE USED SOMETHING ELSE ??? ??? ???  ;D ;D
Quit spreading rumors that aren't true.
 2.
I find it really unusual (and hard to believe) that a player would have so much dislike for his coaches in just one year. These are the same guys he was loving when they recruited him just over a year ago. Sounds like a personal problem to me. Somebody not getting his way and now wanting to cry about it.
The key point you're choosing to overlook for the sake of your argument is that Holgerson is no longer there.  Holgerson was crucial in his recruitment.
 3.
This is a bummer as it has given us some great thrilling games over the past 4 or 5 years. Good luck next year and we might see you in the playoff since I think there will be two schools bigger than FW - Ball and Dawson - but I may be wrong about that! Later!! But we do play WOS next year.
That sucks we're not getting another shot at you guys, but our pre district is going to be ridiculous.
 4.
Hey buckin bronco if i was as great and as bad as you say you are, i certainly wouldn't be playing at little bitty sfa...........
I would love to see that conversation happen face to face.  I doubt you'd be the tough guy in person.
 5.
Tyrik Rollinson is on the Auburn Tiger team.
and also currently suspended from the team for "unspecified team rules violations"
 6. Babyshoe you must really like Bellow.  I saw you post this on OBs and Rivals also
 7.
"Dayton stands are a dump"???? I guess since the people in Barbers Hill are eating their hot dogs with "Gray Poupon" on them they think "good stands" are made of concrete are built into the sides of hills (like Baytown's or Galena Park's) Truth be told.... The stadium structure itself in Dayton is a gazzilion times better than Barbers Hill... I do give Barbers Hill the edge on at least having the school parking lots to use and also the dressing room facilities are better at the Hill, but to say that the stands in Dayton (almost twice as large in total capacity) is a dump... Ignorance exists even in wealth.... I do hope Barbers Hill does get a quality coach (unfortunately they just got rid of the person who qualifies under the job description). Good luck to the guy that comes in there, I hope he can find starting spots for all the "blue bird" parents out there that think their child is an all American.
The grey poupon comment is funny, as well as spot on.  There's a reason they have the reputation they have on "the hill"
 8.
I think BH would be a great draw and all these post won't matter one bit at the end of the day.  I agree, anyone with Alymond's resume would likely not leave for BH unless he wanted to stay close to home and nothing better was out there.   As for press box and not having turff, I have to take up for Price here.  I also would love turff and a new visitor side.  Yes I think we need it and yes I think we will get it.  Now don't go think I am getting soft on Price, I am not.... ;D  Fact is most of us do not have an unlimited amount of money to spend at will.  If we did we probably woulnd not be living in Chamber County and certainly would not be posting on here.  We all remember (well, most older folks do) The Robin Hood Act.  Then, BH dumped a ton of cash into almost every building we have.  Since then we have added a new baseball field, new football practice field, junior high football field/track, improved basketball facilities, new score board, improved home side of football stands, built new press box, and much more.  I can't even begin to imagine what all this cost and I am pretty sure anyone from smiley, CE king, Dayton, Crosby, etc..... would love to have 1/2 the money BH spent.  The great news is the citizens approved those funds through bond referindums. Consider those who have turf and what facilities they have:  Dayton's stand are poor at best, Dayton's locker rooms are older than dirt, Crosby's stands are so small you have to share a hot dog with your neighbor, Galena Park shares their stadium with someone (not just anyone either, NS).  There are poor districts who have nothing and that's giving them some.  I really think we need to be thankful for what we have and be responsible with what we want/need.  We have spent a ton of money and yes we need to spend more.  Hopefully the new guy will put together a plan the Board will approve for turf and expanding the visitor side stands.  Frankly, with all that has been done over the past years, not sure how anyone could justify that expense before now. OK, so not to be soft........glad we are getting a new coach.
Dayton's stands are poor at best?  Not sure why you feel compelled to talk about our stadium when yalls stadium is a dump.  We have a brand new stadium, field and scoreboard.  Not to mention our stadium seats 3000 more than yours. 9.
Aymond is already making over 100K, so money will not be the issue, he is making plenty of it.  By the way, North Shore should have more than one state title on their hands with all the D1 athletes they pump out each year.  They may be ready to see him go, but he would be coaching a different kind of kid at BH than NS.
First of all, it's not like state championships grow on trees, regardless of the talent.  Secondly if North Shore wanted him out, don't you think he'd have better options than Barbers Hill.
 10.
Here's a name that may toss his hat into the ring: David Aymond NS Football Coach, Campus Athletic Coordinator - 23-5A Coach of Year 1995,1996, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 - Greater Houston Coach of Year 1996 - Director of Greater Houston Football Coaches Association 1997-98 - Houston Touchdown Club Player of Year Committee – 1997, 1998 - Texas High School Coaches Association Board of Directors: 1997-2001 - Touchdown Club Coach of the Year: 1996 and 2003 - Touchdown Club Coach of the Year Finalist: 2002 - NFL Houston Texans 5A Coach of the Year: 2003 - 5A Division | State Champion 15-0: 2003 Rumor is that he and North Shore may be ready for a change.
I don't see Aymond leaving North Shore for "the hill"
 11.
Sounds like Coach Stewart could use some extra money to pay for the new house.. BH has nice bank account......and hey we got a new Sonic....I've heard a name or two and their "big"....Sorry no comment.....lol
Yall need to quit dreamin.  Yall are a little too uptight there to be able to handle Coach Stewart's coaching style.
 12.
Dayton: Briggs - Tech Pearson - Texas Green - Nebraska Dugat - Houston Louvier - Sam Houston Passmore - Abilene Christian Smesny - McNeese Denman - SMU Tennison - Northwestern Mabry - UCF Morias - Vanderbilt Durio - Northwestern Payne - New Mexico MacQueen - A&M Durio - UTEP Wilfred Bowers - SFA Stephen Ellis - Montana Crosby Casey - Baylor Johnston - LSU (sure there is more?) I guess that's why it's not a rivalry.  I would think dayton would have twice that many over the past several years.  Don't know about crosby. cool list.
Don't forget RollinAC went to Army
 13. As long as Big Stew is there you can expect great things
 14.

Wow Jiggs...the internet tough guy.  Feel like a man talking smack to a kid?  You don't have to do that.  I'm grown...why not talk to me?  If you like we could even meet up for a little face time.
I'm a Crosby fan and have never wrote any derogatory words about players or fans.  I take exception to being called stupid.  If he wants to talk it, he should be able to take it.
You ought to be used to it by now.  I'm sure you've been called that for a while, tough guy.
 15. I can't believe how ignorant some people are.  There are a lot of things you can question and criticize in life, but Jerry Stewart's knowledge and understanding of football ain't one of them.  His resume speaks for itself and some of the things he's done off the field for kids that have played for him are even more impressive.  There's a reason he's pulling down six figures a year and you're pulling in 12 bucks an hour at the plant.  But feel free to keep making yourselves look like idiots. I'm not sure if you remember Dayton football before Coach Stewart, but I do.   Coach Stewart has 123 wins in 14 seasons at Dayton.  The previous 14 seasons before Coach Stewart Dayton won 62 games. That's just over 4 games a season.
 16. Tivy with a big 4th down coming up at the Calhoun 37.  Just over a minute left.
 17. 31 to 31. 1 50 left.  Tivy has the ball at Calhoun's 45
 18. Did anyone else hear that Calhoun has a guy on their team named MacGyver?
 19.
I figured I'd break up the monotany of this thread.....I think it worked and I feel much better now.
You just farted and Mike Honcho has a woody with 26 hours to go.  I'm not quite there yet.  Just a chubby and a little gas.
