We lost to Lamar, Waller & Aledo.  Take your pick.  I apologize if my joking around has offended anybody. :-[
:o :o Sounds like someoone needs a hug ;D
Ya that's it...  :D I'd worry more about your team beating central...  From what I understand, y'all have had trouble with that.  ;D
:o :o
I don't know that you can compare Thomas Center to Ford Park.  After the initial construction costs are accounted for, BISD will save money by having to do repairs and upkeep for only one stadium as opposed to two, plus not having to pay Lamar U. rent for Old Cardinal Stadium to house Ozen.  Plus, come playoff time, the stadium increases the probability of BISD schools hosting their playoff games at Thomas Center (I think I recall Coach Stump stating so in the past) rather than having to travel to Baytown or Houston.  This will cut down on travel expenses for BISD.   Will it host many playoff games not involving BISD teams, doubtful.  But the reason is the same reason that I don't think you'll see an increase of playoff games at Provost-Umphrey, geography.
The only reason I disagree with this...we have a ton of smaller schools, multiple divisions, and can host games Thusday-Saturday....IMO....we can even host Lamar games... :o :o
 4. I still got Dayton at #2...I can say the rest is good...not sure about the number 1 spot though... ;D

The fact is, scrimmages come in many colors. I have been to some that were nothing more than co-practice sessions and I have been to others that were as close to a real game as you can get (full contact/rotation/special teams, etc.). I didn't see any this year so I can't say yeah or nay on the results. Just glad to see football is back!
Lufkin and WB will be like a game...refs, clock, score, no coaches on the field during game, play clock, links, BBQ sandwiches, you name it....come out and see this practice, Saturday 3 pm Durley Stadium.
I will be on the sidelines for this one. SgtRey, bring me a chipped beef sandwich please. (btw, no team will win or lose this one either) ;D
Actually I may do Fajitas...there sooo good, it will make you want to SLAP UR MOMMA!!! but Soulja will do.

Hey! They were supposed to!  If they lose, you start talking about a huge upset going which provides that much extra of a confidence boost for the Mustangs along the Sabine.
