I stand next to you 82 Champ......I will back DA' Brook, no matter who we play. I think our young men have been ready to play Katy for a while....I saw at the 7 on 7 tourney. They want these popular schools...the small things seperate good from great and great from the best....We're going to see where we are at come week one...can't look past Ozen...one at a time...one at a time. 8)

I know our first class of the Beaumont Bulls, (TIFI) out of Houston, are Juniors this fall at WB. Our incoming freshman and some sophmores, were our first class of freshman as Bulls. I coached most of the young men at WB as kids...few are at central and ozen. This freshman class is loaded at WB. ;D

History has always had a bad tendency of repeating itself....I can't see that changing for Ozen.

All schools have great young men...it's the coaches that bring the "men" out of the young men that helps the program be succesful. Both schools have great talent, both schools have good coaches, now the question remains.... who's better on the night they play each other?...nobody knows till that night is over, because it can go either way. 8) 8)

Being in the locker room between work outs with the Team....we had no idea what recovery meant...hydration, sleep, eating properly.....we just played....and did it well. :'( :'( , Just kidding :D ;D ;D

Then Beaumont would have to make me coach....I'll put the politics where they belong and flush!!! The best man plays... I had some parents approach me on two occasions...In two seperate yrs I coached a Baseball team with assistants. In both instances, I benched the assistants kid...I was told by both parents, "I'm an assistant, my son should atleast be playing", well there kids weren't good enough....This past year our team went to state in the Sr division. I sat both of my assistants sons, because they thought they automatically played and sat my own son to demonstrate "you have to earn everything, don't expect anything"(he was in a slump)

I really don't know much about racial politics(everybody hates mexicans)....I believe if there is some racial politics, I believe the racial politics run both ways, white vs black and black vs white....we mexicans are racist against LAZY people, it doesn't matter the color, religion, or side of town your from.
