A bunch of grown adults want to get on here and whine about their rights to not have to listen to a prayer when the majority of the high school kids take it upon themselves to stand up and do it on their own before each game! I know for a fact that our players & cheerleaders pray before the games and I am pretty sure the Inidanettes do as well! Maybe we should all sit back and look at the example these kids are setting!
Very good point!

Mississippi voters Tuesday defeated a ballot initiative that would've declared life begins at fertilization, a proposal that supporters sought in the Bible Belt state as a way to prompt a legal challenge to abortion rights nationwide. The so-called "personhood" initiative was rejected by more than 55 percent of voters, falling far short of the threshold needed for it to be enacted.   And this is just another Vote that the REP. Tea Baggers Lost
I think people are beginning to show signs that they are sick and tired of the unbending foolishness from the right. 8)
Right...that seemed to be what folks were saying in the 2010 elections!  ::)

Public employee unions in Ohio celebrated a huge victory with the repeal of Senate Bill 5 on Tuesday night. The controversial piece of legislation would have eliminated collective bargaining for public employees' benefits
Oh well...they'll eventually lose their benefits when the state is bankrupt!
No the State will be just fine Just as soon as the Bush Rep tax breaks or taken away ;)
Yeah right...it's a revenue problem...no problem with the spending!

Michele Bachmann has said she wouldn’t rule out lowering it. Ron Paul has predictably said it should be eliminated entirely. And Rick Perry, in his book "Fed Up!: Our Fight to Save America from Washington", has rued the role the commerce clause played in "creating national minimum-wage laws" and "establishing national labor laws." But when it comes to battling our $7.25-an-hour wage floor, these contenders have neither the vision nor the resume of current frontrunner Herman Cain. Cain's time in the restaurant business was marked by a long and largely successful battle against minimum-wage increases, and even today, some 15 years later, many of the nation's waiters and waitresses have Cain and the restaurant lobby to thank for a federal minimum wage of $2.13 for tipped workers. And that not the top 1% now is it????
So if you want to make minimum wage...vote democrat!
Kind of I guess. What it really means that if you have a minimum wage job and you are at the peak of your ability and have no hopes for any meaningful job, vote Democrat because that may be the only pay raise you get the rest of your life. On the other hand you could actually finish high school, gets some training or college and do the unthinkable and show up for work on time, be a responsible employee, etc., and not worry about minimum wage as a career.
Agreed...no one should ever let any political party, union or any other group dictate your peak ability...in this country that is decided by you and how hard you are willing to work.
 8. Lots of errors for a world series game!

 12.
Economic growth increased at its fastest in a year in the third quarter as consumers and businesses set aside fears about the recovery and stepped up spending, creating momentum that could carry into the final three months of the year. Though part of the increase came from the reversal of temporary factors that had restrained growth, the expansion was a welcome relief for an economy that looked on the brink of recession just weeks ago......     Lets wait and see how the Rep. spin this one......
That Republican house may wind up saving obama after all by blocking his bad ideas...how's that!  ;)
