[/quote]No, I meant for a home game. I assume we would roll into that district, if it happened for real. (which it isn't)
aTmfan06
Even if they were to be 2A they would've been Div 2..Newton is Div

HDBobcats9
The big question is (and maybe someone knows the answer) is will the new 3A (current 2A) be divided into DI and DII like it currently is? The current 3A (new 4A) is not split for district alignment. They do the same as current 4A and 5A's and split DI/DII only at playoff time. If the new 3A did not split divisons for district alignment then we could see some really unfair district competiton. The numbers for 2012 was 200-449. That means that a team like Deweyville (201 enrollment) could be in the same district as Cameron Yoe (409) or Daingerfield (407) (just using these schools as examples). That would be pretty unfair....

puddleofmudd
H-D enrollment numbers are increasing, they may soon be competing with Warren, East Chambers, Hardin, Kountze, Anahuac, oh and yes Newton. DB70
To answer HDBobcats9's question: everything will remain as it is only the Classifications will change;example: AA Division I will become AAA Division I, AA Division II will become AAA Division II, etc. Only the title of the Classification will change.
