[/quote]The BH D is salty all of a sudden? They did what they were supposed to do. They played the worst offense of all the 19-4a playoff teams and held them in check. They played the second best offense of all the playoff teams and got 489 yards put on them and when they play the best offense in the district it's going to be something similar. BH best defense is Denny making that option work and keeping the offense on the field. I thought the Dayton vs BH game would be close if BH could sustain drives and limit Dayton's opportunities to throw those bombs, I'm just not seeing it in this one.

Yeah, we do. All of those kids from both sides know each other,work out in the summer together,spend nites at each others home, go out together and are FRIENDS!!!!!!!!! Humble came out with something to prove, just couldn't keep it up. When it's dayton and bh, it's throw the records out the window, this is a rivalry game and all that. Looking forward to watching this game online Thursday night. Pretty decent BH defense against a potent SC offense. Can the Eagles put enough pressure on Sharp to take the Bulldogs out of their gameplan? BH got some pressure on our QB but it's not like he didn't have time to throw. Dayton's pass game was/is just a little out of sync.

Man I hope they get those camera issues worked out on the TASN broadcast. Last time I tried to watch a game online you couldn't even see the whole play.

First. Our D was strong all night. Getting a kick off where we pinned them in the 10 hurt. Redo it with gased players hurt. Then the broken play at the end super hurt. Losing Denny, not even fair. But Dayton D was stronger than I thought they would be. Congrats Dayton. And you did run over 100. We both have changes to make.
SC we will give you more on D than you have seen but I hope our O can keep the D off a lot more. Believe it or not we have been throwing a lot before Denny went out. We just lull them to sleep befor doing it. Didn't get the chance with Dayton. If we don't have Denny then I hope our other backs step up.
Dayton come watch and see what happens. We will not go down without a huge fight and if turnovers go our way we will win. Tight one no matter who QB is.

BH15 I REALLY like that idea.  If you recall when we had Clay McWilliams (BIG full back) we ran that same formation against bridge city and ran over them all night.  We ran that sweep like nobody's business.  He was a stud.

I'll answer that Hawkey......NO.  Sharp has one of the quickest releases I have seen.  He is also VERY hard to wrap-up, or even touch often when you do get in the backfield.  I think if you blitz Sharp you give them that little slant they love to run and that receiver is GONE if he touches the ball.  We are going to have to play this game like we did against Diboll when they had J. Finley (Greenbay Packers).  You got to hit that receiver right in the mouth every time Sharp releases the ball, regardless if he is getting it or not.  Our safety is going to have to jump a few routs and the middle linebacker is going to have to drop back in coverage and cut-off that 10 yard/cut post route they also love to run.  Then, if we do all that, we then need 2 or 3 turnovers with good field position.
