No disrespect to PNG W at all. I just think Red will pull this one out. Y'all have a great team

Listen to his advice, bradyb. I've seen both of these teams play, and I think PNG W has a pretty good advantage. I would not, however, say that LUM R is not in the same league...they have a good team too...just not good enough to beat PNG W.

That's fine. I have seen the better team lose quite a bit this year alone. So I'm saying in my opinion Lumberton Red will win

That's fair...but do you have any particular reason why you think that LUM R will win or is it just an emotional response because you like them. What substantiates your opinion?

Bradyb was correct Lum R came to play.  They have a well coached team and the players executed well on offense.  Good luck in the playoffs.

He was ALMOST correct. LUM R definitely came to play, but bradyb (as I stated) was wrong. It was an awesome game though.

True. I know they played them closer than anyone else thought. You said they had a pretty good advantage, but they won by one touchdown. Looks like the team that played the best won, but no advantage at all

      It has been frustrating seeing the lack of coverage from virtually EVERY media outlet.  We (Chester) are in the SE Texas coverage area.  There are no radio broadcast from our area, and Ch 12 is the only one that has even mentioned it.   I know I could have gotten donations to cover a SETX Sports broadcast.  Oh well, water under the bridge - we aren’t as big as Silsbee, WO-S or PN-G.

      They put him back in the box.  Luckily we won anyway, but I don’t think I’d ever seen that before.  That’s one of the things I love about baseball - you NEVER know what you’ll see.
