The will need to score more than 1.5 runs a game to make the playoffs though.  Who are your 4 playoff teams?  Brenham, Magnolia, Montgomery, and ??

They are relying on their ace.  We play them tomorrow, and I think he just pitched last night.  If so, they might be in trouble.  At the beginning of the year, my picks were Montgomery, Brenham, Magnolia & Stratford.  Spring Woods got a huge win over a good Magnolia team, which could shake things up.  Magnolia West is also a very talented team and will fight for the #4 spot.

mag  8  stratford 0  :(  shs #1 pitcher on mound...2 hits.....

  so will be sticking to home games, be checking out some of our other teams (should note the soph class in good, so maybe nexy year)

Garrett Hrozek hit a bases-loaded walkoff single to cap off a two-run seventh inning rally to give Montgomery a 2-1 win over Stratford.
The Bears rallied for both runs after giving up a run in the top of the sixth to break up a 0-0 game.
Luke Heeman got the win for the Bears, pitching three innings.
Gunner Vaught tied the game in the seventh with an RBI for the Bears (15-9, 7-1).
The Bears rolled to a 16-0 win over Northbrook on Monday.
Montgomery will play at Magnolia West at 7 p.m. Thursday
