He doesnt recruit enough role players that will give him 3 to 4 years so that he would alway have veterans. Imagine a Perry Jones, Tristen Thomas front court last year. And I think he is too against JUNCO recruits. At Findlay Prep, he had the green light every time to run as fast as he could down the court and make the whole game transition..
