Danrad "Chicken" Knowles and Daniel House has signed their letters of intent to UH.

Just got off the phone with their AAU coach about an hour or so ago, I think he had a lot of (good) influence on that decision ;)

Was not impressed with the '6"10 Knowles. Little ole Silsbee made him look bad. 7 points, 5 rebounds.

Hearing Knowles will not be eligible anyway.


House on the other hand is a great sign for Houston. Very skilled player.

[/quote]Here is the thing with "bigs."  You can't teach "big" but you can teach him basketball. Colleges willing to take the time to teach them the game and bulk them up. And as far as guards, they are "dime a dozen."
