Wildcats will win this game, Diboll is TRBL!!!!!
That may be true but they beat Center 28-27...Played Huntington last night (i'm assuming they won) Looks like to me they are 2-0 in district...

Everytime Hub posts about Diboll it always includes words like bad, down, weak, or terrible. I don't know, maybe it's something personal. I bet he hasn't even seen Diboll play. Truth is Diboll is an average team with some good athletes that are still trying to reach their full potential under a first year head coach. So far I think they have done a great job getting to 2-0 in district. Diboll has had to really lean on their Rb do to an inconsistent passing game, but even with the whole stadium knowing he's getting the ball, he still racks up decent yardage. The Jacks have had one bad outing this season against Rusk, so I don't think that puts them in the TRBL category.

As for the game, Kirbyville always gives Diboll trouble. Diboll forced turnovers to beat Center, and they will need the same against Kville. I think this will be a back and forth game unless Kville shuts down Taylor.

Good Luck Diboll...as long as Lil' Will is on the field we are good.... it takes about 5 guys to get him down.....Lets go Cats!!! ;D ;D

That's whats got me worried. We have been guilty of trying to arm tackle. That just will not bring a good back down. Should be a great game. Good luck to you guys!!

Our choir boys will gain valuable experience win or lose against chapel hill, our young players will see the level they need to reach to be successful. But at least we know were in...kville must still beat diboll and center to go..

Kats remember when he says his "young" players he is talking about the 11 sophmores playing and the 24 seniors watching (according to him).

Something personal? No, not at all... I look at facts... And I look at the fact that Diboll went to Rusk, when Rusk had not won a single game, and got it handed to them 53-0.... Rusk is not a real good football team.... Kirbyville may not be either, but the fact of the matter is that I have no reason to pick Diboll to beat them....

Will has done great all season but Sexton and Haywood and several others have been working hard too. Jacko can be a game changer but his shoulder keeps giving him trouble. I will say he has always gritted his teeth and toughed it out for his team. He deserves respect. Best of luck to the Cats and Diboll.

its no secret that Lil will is my families favorite pick but we also know that one young man on the field can not win a ballgame by himself...we love every one of our wildcats. Sexton is an awsome player and has gotten stronger every game...Diboll will have to work mighty hard to beat the cats and im sure we will give them one heck of a game, so im saying kats by at least 2 tds.... i need to start training my 9 yr old to be a kicker, anyone want to help start him now!!!  LETS GO CATS!!!

and T daddy if we are a bunch of thugs, then what does that make you? a saint? the game is over so drop it and move on to your next game...go harrass the thread about jasper, and good luck in play offs. not all of us hate you, but i am tired of hearing how we are all thugs.

I picked Jasper over Kirbyville last week not out of ill will, but I thought Jasper was playing a little better ball. Kirbyville surprised me at making it closer than I thought it would be. I've not seen them since the second week of the season. That says to me that Kirbyville is finding their game at the right time of the year. They should continue to play hard each week with the playoffs in their sight. Don't pay attention to people like me that might have had some doubt and bring everything you got. I think you have a real good chance to win out the rest of the regular season and then everyone is 0-0 in the playoffs. Kirbyville team character is not quitting. Play hard and take it to Diboll. Go Kats! ;)

    • Starting pitching has been shaky the last few weeks due to some injuries outside of Hagen Smith.  He goes tomorrow, so y’all should be fine
    • Manchin may get it but any mention of the radical left that wanted to get rid of the filibuster and end almost 220 years of history because the Democrats are mad?  The House and Senate are obviously different legislative bodies with entirely different election processes and rules for a reason. The House can vote on laws with a simple majority vote. The Senate put rules in place that it would make it much tougher to pass laws. Laws should be difficult to pass. The Senate is often the holdup of the right and left. It takes 60 votes to break the filibuster so any law will almost certainly require agreement at least in part, from opposing sides of an issue. Because they can’t get laws passed, the radical left is like a baby having a tantrum and wants to change over 200 years of history and make it potentially ridiculously easy to pass laws. I have seen current poll maps and it is possible for the Republicans to sweep into complete power in November but by the tiniest margin. That would possibly mean that a single vote margin in both houses could enact what you might call the radical right laws. There would be nothing that the Democrats could do to stop any legislation whatsoever if the left (they are all radical, minus Manchin) got their filibuster rule changed.  That is where the current filibuster comes into play as any new law would require several Democrats to agree with the majority Republicans and vice versa.  Do you want the potential for your radical right to have free rein as the radical left wants by killing the filibuster or is the radical left just as (if not more) dangerous? Let’s see if we have a history in this area? Oh yeah, the Democrats changed the rules in the Senate to allow federal judges to not have to overcome the filibuster. Obama was not getting his federal judge nominations passed and being angry, they changed the rules instead of nominating more moderate justices. They were warned that it would come back to bite them. They didn’t care and chose the nuclear option to change the rules. Oops! Any guess how Trump got all of his Supreme Court nominees passed against strong Democrat opposition? The Democrats got rid of the filibuster for federal judges after another tantrum   So when you are so worried about the radical right, are you equally concerned in what the radical left is always doing by changing rules and history which were put into place just for situations like we are in? So while Manchin gets it, what about his other 50 colleagues (49 + Harris)?  What concerns you more, Abbott and Paxton or the Democrats who want to make it to where if the Republicans do take over, they can go wild… at least in your mind?
    • MODS please remove that ISD twitter link! I had no idea it would copy the whole posting. I only highlighted the portion about the venue change. Sorry about that!
    • See why I don't trust my Hogs?
    • Come on dude, don’t take anything away from the kids on the field. If you want to talk uncharacteristic, we made what 3 or 4 errors in game one. Y’all had 2 EARNED runs.  Defense is normally our strong suit. Your ace didn’t strike out a single one of our kids. Like I said also, you did not out hit us in game 1. Hell you barley out hit us in game 2. We had all the uncharacteristic walks. Josh pitched a hell of a game is what made that game what it was.
