Tonight marks the 22-3A district opener for the Coldspring-Oakhurst Trojans as they travel to Cleveland to take on the Tarkington Longhorns!  The Trojans, 4-0 on the season start the district season with some momentum as they defeated Orangefield last week, 50-0.  The Longhorns are still searching for their first win of the season after dropping last wee to Hull-Daisetta 41-18.

Geez only thing about games like this is that your team does not get better Not that CS needs to be tested (bc I think  youg guys will win state) but would help to get the guys some real work in. Poor Tarkington.

Because interest in Coldspring football is currently at a all-time high and sponsors are willing to pony up money to broadcast the games....

Agreed!  CS operated like a well-oiled machine, looked even stronger than last year. Hopefully, they will bring a state championship back to SE TX.
