I did read the whole thread and that is why you got my comment. I can take any heat you got, but would prefer to just talk about the games instead of you and others bashing folks with personal attacks or community attacks. Simply explain what your team will do to win and do not bash the other team or its fans. No other forum I post in does this more than SETX, drives a lot of folks away.

Coog you should not take anything personal on this site. 95% of the time everybody talks football but this site is supposed to be fun also.  Have some imagination and even more have some fun ;D LA MARQUE has a great athletic program and you have every right to be proud. So do other teams. You do a great job keeping the board updated on the games in 24-4A and everybody thanks you. Good luck SAT and hope all the players leave it on the field and walk off under their own power ;D

While I can understand joking around from time to time it get's a little annoying when the SAME people seem to follow you around looking for your posts just to look for an opening to make sarcastic comments that doesn't have anything to do with football whatsoever. I also understand that when playoffs come then you'll get the occassional nut bags that come on boards and make their schools look horrible. Problem is, it's not been the case as I've seen the 100's if not 1000's of posts these people have made prior to commenting on my posts so they should know better. I'm a moderator on our board and if a total stranger came to our board and one of my members chose to ridicule them the way it happens over here then I'd put the smack-down on and make it quite apparent we don't treat our guests in that manner. You have to remember, 1st impressions make a big impact and judging by the lack there of guest posters I see posting in threads vs. members only I'd say this board isn't very well liked by outsiders in the long run. I don't particularly care for comments such as the one above because many inferences can be drawn by others which I don't find very appealing. I don't dare point out the easily apparent inference in the post above because of the possible ignorant backlash I might get from SOME here but you pretty much spelled it out so you get where I'm coming from. I dont know if your know C4L from LM who is quite knowledgeable beyond my experience when it comes to football but he used to post here also but stopped because he got tired of the homerism (is that even a word?) that's quite prevalent over here at times. He warned me that it was a fickle bunch over here but I do manage to get information here (mainly scores) so I choose to reciprocate and provide the same in kind. Also, I'd comment more in threads but it's really not worth the senselessness I seem to get back in response to a lot of things that are facts that are of course debatable but are frequently responded to with bashing or silly ridicule. I don't get those response ALL of the time but I'd say 65% are so what's the point of trying to have an intelligent conversation. Who knows, this is your areas board so I can understand homerism to a certain degree but when it seems to turn into bashing and ridicule over and over it get's old quick. I'm a big boy though so when I've had enough I'll just stop posting and get the information I seek and all will be well in the end. [/b][/color]

FW is the favorite (I picked em to win) but HUM does match up with FW. The HUM D is solid but HUM has to play a mistake free game to win. The HUM O can grind it out on the FW D and keep the FW O off the field.
