To me the turning point of the game was the roughing the kicker penalty. Why we did that still blows my mind to this day. HF is kicking into a 25mph wind out of their own endzone...the ball is punted to the HF 32 yard line and we rough the kicker and I mean there was no doubt about that call. Orangefield scores there and it's a 14-0 game...that could have changed the entire outcome of the game. But hats off to HF...they kept the game close and found a way to win in the 4th qtr. I knew the game was going to be tough after seeing the scores from HF previous games. Except for WO-S they played everyone close.

BOTH TEAMS PLAYED TOUGH. ORANGEFIELD AND HF HAVE BOTH FOUGHT THE TURNOVER BUG. HF IS TURNING THE BALL OVER LESS WITHOUT THEIR ME,ME,ME FULLBACK WHO WAS DISMISSED AFTER THE SILSBEE GAME. ORANGEFIELD PENALTIES LED TO THE OUTCOME OF THE GAME. HF WOULD PROBABLY SCORE 40 A GAME IF EDBLU WERE COACHING.

No! I'd keep it in the 30's. I wouldn't want people to think I was running up the score

I wouldn't wish coaching on my worst enemy too much pressure from the fans/parents I thought I had a thankless job!
