Not as "career ending" as it once was. Tough break, but I expect he'll be back good as new.

Haha wouldn't we all. If he rehabs this right, he'll be out all next year and come back with a stronger/more improved elbow than before. This is a tough break injury, but better to have at this point in his career than later because his body will adapt more quickly.
