The only Houston area game that I have seen so far which pits 4A's against each other is the LC-M/GC Memorial game in Baytown.  Another game, one which may be of particular interest to you is in Pasadena (Spring Woods vs. Pasadena).  Also, Clear Springs hosts Dawson that evening.
