Maybe I'm stupid ( quite likely ) but doesn't this thing show Brenham w/ a better SOS, national PR, and RPI than PNG but yet the check marks go to the Indians in all three categories.  ???

The higher the number the better.  PNG is rated 1st in Region 3, 6th in 4A, 160 in the Midwest and 690 Nationally based on their rating system.
