I think the Mods should create a timeout room  ;D this could be a different topic thread where users are banished or placed in timeout for a period of time the Mod decides. Then all of the offenders could stay in that room and do what ever they want until their alloted time them be released back on to the board.

That would be a fun thread to visist when there is nothing going on ;D ;D
