CMurder75 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Share Posted October 10, 2009 Shepherd - 29 Splendora - 20 Final The wet field really gave splendora the advantage as they're a power running team while shepherd runs the spread but the Shepherd D cracked down and the offense muscled there way down the field to win. indian15/16 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Share Posted October 10, 2009 Big win for the Pirates. This makes them a threat to make the playoffs. The game stayed close like I thought it would but the Pirates prevailed and I picked Splendora. My bad. I realize three things from this outcome: 1. Shepherd vs. Huffman will be a huge game, 2. Liberty is not out of the playoff chase, 3. Splendora has fallen a long way down. I can't wait to see the Pirates take on our Indians. ROLL...TRIBE...ROLL!!
