It's too late to be second guessing the coaches decision. The coach did what he thought was necessary. They are out of it and had a great run. Now it is up to the 15's to bring home the trophy.

its a free country 4 now, its never to late 2 second guess.thats part of being a coach,along with the praise & glory comes the second guessing & criticisim.if u cant deal with then your not a real coach.gotta have & work more than 3 pitchers to win a big tournament anyway.

The pitching change was put in when it was 6 to 5 after Bryant loaded the bases then hit a bases clearing triple..... Next batter hit a deep pop fly to left and the runner from third tagged up and tied the game up then Bryant came up with some big hits late to take the game....Jannise pitched lights out against a good team......

And by the way....We worked 7 pitchers in four games.....The cards didnt fall for us but the boys played their butts off and I am proud of them.

These coaches have obviously made many decisions that worked out well.  Sometimes, it just doesn't work out.  That's baseball.  Nice run.

It was definitely time for a change when it was made...Jannise pitched a GREAT game, but his pitch count was getting high and he was having a long inning and outs were getting hard to come by for him.

Overall, these kids played great and most importantly with a lot of heart...the results were not what they expected, but to win sometimes you have to be lucky and good...these guys were pretty good, but did not get all the breaks (for example, one of Bryant's key hits in the inning was a swinging bunt)...that's life and hopefully these kids learn from that and use it for some good in the future.

Bryant loses the championship game 4 to 1 to Fort Smith.......

Both of Nederlands losses came at the hands of the first and second place teams....

Good luck to Fort Smith, Ark in the world series....They are a classy bunch of peeps....
