CSN Down South: The Growth Within

The Southland Conference is growing from within.

A few years ago, I listened to a halftime interview on a SLC broadcast as the league commissioner, Tom Burnett, stated that when schools in Texas do not have football, people wanted to know why.

Two schools no longer have to answer that question as SLC members Lamar and UTSA are in the process of adding football to their offerings during the next few years.
