Heard That Nederland lost 70-62 in OT. Great season dogs!

Had freethrows to win it with 7 secs left in regulation and got hosed on a horrendous charge call the possession before that.  Nederland had chances and had a chance taken away down the stretch.  Something great to build off, this senior class got it going, congrats to them.

Totally agree. Ned intercepted a pass with 10 secs. left, and Torrez sprinted down the court to drive for the winning layup. A NF player in hot pursuit managed to lean in front of Torrez, while Torrez was at full speed. To somehow believe it was a charge, you would have to believe the NF player caught up to, passed, the came to an instantaneous stop infront of the basket, all in a fraction of a second. Believe me, it was a BS call if ever there was one. It changed the outcome of this game. Ned was robbed in the final 7 seconds.

Great season, nontheless.  Bulldogs fought hard all the way down the stretch!

I agree that charge on Torres at the end of the game was absolutely horrible. But still congrats to the Dogs on a great season!

Congratulation to Nederland for a well played season.  You worked hard and improved each step of the way.  I want to wish all the best to the graduating seniors on their future and look forward to a strong returning group next year.
