Watching the clip makes me wonder how they could kill the football program the next year.

Funny how things workout. When Coach Roc was named HC, they had a meet and greet at Rio Rita and I asked a well known alumnus and former football player when football was returning to Lamar.

He looked at me and said "never".

Well, for obvious reasons I will not post his name but he was wrong.

The past does not have to be our future. The past you can't change, the future you can.

Football has returned to Lamar and oneday we'll be watching new videos.
