Wow!!  When I started reading it sounded like a pretty good deal - then I read about the 80/20 splits.  My guess is that that is gonna be hard for the Catters to give up, although I do hope they will.

I can't imagine any reason why the wildcatters would take this deal.  Their only source income is going to be tickets and 20% of concessions.  After paying rent, expenses, and salaries, would the club even make enough to justify Mrs. Terrell making this investment?

I would go with 60-40 if that would make the county happy, but they are trying to throw the screws into the Catters.
