tvc184 Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago It appears that El Refu TexMex in Port Arthur had served some breakfast tacos at Golden Pass LNG and many people were transported to the hospital with apparent food poisoning. This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up Quote

Some are saying it was delivered night before so it may be Golden Pass who is responsible......either way - can you imagine.....? Quote

tvc184 Posted 3 hours ago Author Report Posted 3 hours ago I am kind of shocked on how fast it was. I think most food borne illnesses like salmonella, norovirus or listeria take hours or even days. Staph infections can be very fast. The article pretty much says that not long after eating the food, they became sick. I think staph food poisoning doesn’t get killed by heat and is caused by the toxins. Quote

I ate an afternoon meal and got sick that night. It got me out of bed. Thought I was going to die…..and that’s not just an expression. After the most severe discharge, I suddenly had a craving for a Sprite. I drank a few gulps and it was like magic. None of this is exaggerated. I won’t name the restaurant. I hope all these people get well. Quote
