This is the most ludacris thing I have ever seen, yes BH was underpar this year but were essentially two plays (one even officially ruled illegal by the UIL after reviewing the film, i.e. smiley) from being the number two team in the district, but to have a BH LINEMAN (line was atrocious) as the lone first teamer and having last years 1st team all state linebacker on second team?! hahaha if you watched a game you would know that EVERY PLAY he was double-teamed, YES a LB DOUBLE TEAMED EVERY SINGLE DOWN. Equally for Andrew little, unfathomable to be on second team . IMO those two are the only ones to deserve a 1 or 2 team spot. I know "to the victor...." and that crap, but seriously come on. I know this stuff means very little to us but to the kids it means at least something. And if I was Joe or Andrew I would feel SERIOUSLY DISRESPECTED by the district.

Ok I feel better now, but if you watched this district you know at least 3 things: BH offense = Little, no line, dropped passes, and Carmona trying his best; BH Defense = what defense, secondary burnt, d-line allowing 3 linemen to the 2 linebackers (Cannot do this in the 5-2, lbs need to be freed up) and for the lb's the frosh looked good, and Joe as one of BH"S best 3 (dolan, sprout) but simply could not approach what he did last year. AND finally GP was a one man show, seriously.

P.S. Please don't send me PM's about ripping the kids, I know them all and they know me, they know what went wrong and hopefully their youth will allow them to be better next year. Or progress 'till the 8th grade team gets there........... haha

Joe's not the first BH player on defense to be double-teamed EVERY PLAY. He shined last year because of who he had around him (i.e. those that were being double and triple teamed EVERY play.)

Loiser and Smith definately deserve the recognition they received.

I just got a few little comments on this. First congrads to all in the list. I thought a couple names were in the "wrong spot" but hey lets not dampen the feelings of those that are there. I must meantion though.... the leading tackler on BH, Nick Mercantel, didnt even make the list.  Great job this year Nick. Congrads to all of you BH boys. Andrew Little! .. my #34... Every game this year you gave everything you had on friday nights and you had an extrodinary season son. You made me very proud this year. Now go throw that discus to state this year!!!!!!
