Definately not what we usually see out of Michigan RB's.  Sure he's quick but he won't be all that quick when he gets to the next level.  I think I see now why UT didn't offer.

Turner was not a starter last year

my son lives down the street from the Berry Center and has gone to watch both McGuffie and Turner practice and he says these two guys are very small.
