My boy Rhodes is a beast!!! Everyone talking about DPG from WOS. Rhodes had more rushing yards than that dude and expect the same this year. I don't see anyone in the district stopping him. We had a scrimmage among ourselves and this dude can fly. Barry Burley and Broderick Jackson are just some flat out speedsters!! Our Defensive line is young with some size and will be much better than last year especially with our new DC running multiple formations that will be something to be reckoned with. If we can stay healthy...I'll say we win district.

Exactly. Kville didn't have the kind of passing attack that WO-S had. DPG didn't have as many yards because he didn't have to. Plus, he was out of the lineup in at least 20 percent of our clock time because the games were so ridiculously out of hand.

He won't get that kind of pleasure this year. Rhodes, Jackson and Burley is going to give WOS(chain gang) defense a fit this year I promise. As long as we stay healthy, we should take care of WOS this year.

Now, will the Kirbyville D still be giving up an average of 21 points per game? If so, then their offensive output should be inconsequential.

Let them know all you want. We are running a whole new defensive formation that will most definely stop the run. That don't scare me if you tell those guys because when district start they will see us on film anyway. Oh, while you at it tell Hypo that he better take care of the football because we coming.

Thanks Coop,  :) but where's the moderator for all the mouthing?  Is it different because it's a football sight?  People in Kirbyville are embarrassed by some of the ridiculous comments posted on here.  Why all the hate or is it suppose to be rivalry?

It didn't do much against the rushing attack of Diboll.  Stanton would have 150+ in a 4 qtr game.

      It has been frustrating seeing the lack of coverage from virtually EVERY media outlet.  We (Chester) are in the SE Texas coverage area.  There are no radio broadcast from our area, and Ch 12 is the only one that has even mentioned it.   I know I could have gotten donations to cover a SETX Sports broadcast.  Oh well, water under the bridge - we aren’t as big as Silsbee, WO-S or PN-G.
