Kendall Thamm pitched a good game tonight and was backed up by some timely hitting.  Lamar Consolidated has a very good team and it could have gone either way.  BH bats just too much tonight and error free defense. 

Bay City next, a VERY good hitting team with great pitching.

Thamm did pull it together, but started off shaky. BH's Defense came up big in keeping Thamm going. The BH bats looked good and the whole team played well.

Flawless defense for BH tonight. A couple of very, very costly errors for Consolidated. Thamm did a nice job of battling all night against a very good hitting LC team. LC centerfielder should be on ESPN for the catch he made on the wall to rob Derrick Hulsey. BH vs. Bay City up next.

That was an awesome catch LC made at the wall I didn't think there was any way the centerfielder would catch up to that ball.
