Friday, the Cardinals kept the lead in 22-4A at 8-1 with a 1-0 win over the Bobcats on Friday in Orangefield which dropped the Bobcats to 6-3 in district play. Either a Cardinal win or a Little Cypress-Mauriceville loss to Hamshire-Fannett will secure the district title and the #1 seed out of 22-4A.
