As if the Bridge City Cardinals and Orangefield Bobcats really need to have an incentive to get fired up to play each other, such an incentive exists tonight as the #3 playoff seed out of District 22-4A is on the line as these two teams meet in their district finale tonight!

Chad Landry's Cardinals, 13-11 on the season, stand at 4-5 in district play after a 15-5 win over Hamshire-Fannett on Friday.  Meanwhile, Tim Erickson's Bobcats, 14-7 on the season, also come into tonight's game with a 4-5 district mark after falling to West Orange-Stark Friday, 7-3.

The Cardinals took the first contest between these two on April 7th, 7-5.
