He tweeted "May 1st" and a lot of people thought that was his commitment date. It might not be today, but it is supposed to be soon.

According to Taylor Hamm on Gigem247, the "May 1st" tweet wasn't in reference to an announcement date but the state baseball playoffs instead...but I'm sure all of those guys will be refreshing twitter feeds frequently today anyways
