Not gonna lie I cheated to figure out one I couldn't think of so I won't say names...but is this supposed to be 9 winners that played HS football in Texas or 9 winners who won the award while playing college football in Texas?...there are 2 winners who played college football in Texas and HS football in other states and 2 winners who did the opposite
