Beaumont Blast Ends Open Practices

[Team Blast]

    Beaumont Blast will terminate open practices as of last Sunday.  Blast is glad to welcome Madelyn Daniel (Nederland), Shelby Broussard (Hamshire Fannette) and Aeriyl Mass (Lake Charles LA), daughter of MLB's Oakland A's, Austin Nagle.  Austin, a long ball hitter and center fielder for the A's will be a great help in Blast's production at the plate! :)  Glad to have him on board as well! 
    Blast would like to thank all the players and parents that came out to participate in our open practices.  With only a select few spots needing to be filled, we had some tough decisions as a coaching staff.  Good luck to all the teams out there this fall.  A player that gets picked up by a college, playing for any select team, is the biggest trophy of all!
