Im thinking about hitting the Ump Causeway pier??

Im thinking about heading to the pier early in the am or maybe tomorrow eveing?  Anyone heard anything from there lately?

Haven't heard anything, but this time of year is really good at night.  I like to fish under the first couple light poles.  Flounder hang out close to the pier.  Trout move through with the tides.  Its also good all the way at the end of the pier.  I've never had much luck with artificial on the pier.  Live shrimp and shad are always good and you can usually catch plenty around the launches.
