[/quote] Id put FB Marshall ahead of SC, they probably would be if they had nabbed Nick Harvey instead of FB Travis (5A), and even they (Travis) should be higher on that 5A list IMO, they over-achieved a lil bit with a young team last year, they will be a contender this year.

If the outcome of the game was determined by stats and returning players then vype got it perfect but we all know that's not how it works. Last year didnt the number 1 ranked team in 4A lose in the third round??    8)

[/quote]Marshall is a monster but Manor beat them in the quarterfinals last year and SC would have beaten Manor soundly so I think that's probably right. Texas City is a beast with the Foreman twins which Armanti is an All-American. I think Dawson is going to be AP pre-season top 3 in the state with a bunch returning. 17-4a which is the Austin district is a beast though. Georgetown, Manor, and Elgin all made it three rounds deep and Connally lost to Ned in the second round. No matter what the rankings say, Austin owns the region until someone says differently.

If this is the 4a rankings for the houston area i would say its pretty fair. Im not sure about willis and nf though. Luckily we have playoffs to see just how accurate rankings are.
