You are correct it will take the kids and parents buying into the program and work ethic he will demand... it will take them working out, learning the playbook, and dedicating themselves to the program away from the school house... just like in other successful program its not what you learn or do around the coaches or field house... its what you do when your away from the coaches/field house.. COMMITMENT, DEDICATION, and DETERMINATION... Willingness to to that extra step, that extra lift, that extra lap when no one is pushing you or reminding you to do it... that attitude that you will not be denied... putting 100% effort behind your every workout regardless of who is watching you ... finding pride in yourself that you don't need anyone else to make you the best you can be... that you can do it on your own... but be willing to take some criticism or some advice to help you get where your going without being carried....

Well, I do believe it. We stayed with you last year with no plan, no heart, and no fortitude..... Thats changed badbreathsanta...... I dont care if Silsbee starts the season out at #1, IT WILL NOT BE EASY THIS TIME AROUND.... Besides, you guys are happy with 2nd........ Never in my life have I ever seen anyone talk soooooo much trash about being 2nd place...... Get over yourself SADSANTA....

[/quote] Silsbee still won by 21 points after numerous turnovers, i dont think thats "staying" IMO. And you keep saying 2nd place, i would love to be on a team that came in 2nd in district but made it to the Regional Final with a legit shot at a State Title, im pretty sure the majority of HJ fans & players would agree, way better than anything HJ has done on the football field recently i believe.  ;)

Loser's are satisfied with second place...... I am very excited about the route HJ took with our new coach. You obviously dont know me. Even if we dont win a game this year, my problems with the football program have been solved. We now actually HAVE a program..... Workouts are in place and mandantory.... Respect is demanded and attitude's are in check.... Wins will come, all I ever wanted was to be competitive and for my boys to have a coach they could look up too... Thanks for wishing my sons the best, but you can take the rest of your post and go back to Caneyhead...

      I have a better one. The point that nobody wants to acknowledge is that Dems are crossing over to vote Trump in the primaries and in the general so he will win the presidency. That way Trump will get the blame when the Dems implement their sinister plan to deport all of the minorities in the country. They have already laid the groundwork...convincing everyone that Trump and Republicans are racist (without providing any proof). Then it will be just a matter of time to execute their White supremacy plan of the great purge of the dirty, unwashed, heathen, non-Whites that roam freely in this country.
