The Silsbee Tigers will take a night off of 21-3A district play by hosting the Lufkin Hudson Hornets in a non-district battle between two state ranked teams, TONIGHT at the Tiger Diamond, 6pm. Silsbee (20-4, 8-1) ranked #20 this week in state rankings, defeated Bridge City Saturday 5-4, to take 1/2 game lead for first in 21-3A. Hudson (20-4, 7-0) defeated Huntington to remain alone a top the 20-3A district standings.


Our broadcast will start at 5:50pm with the first pitch scheduled for 6pm.

[/quote]I believe all the Tigers are just fine. I would say they would have liked the shot at them with all the first team on the field. And where they normaly play. And with normal pitching. But it was very good batting practice and gave some of the pitching that hadnt seen pitching in a long while a chance to get some good work in . Other than that.  The bats that were batting.  Did really well.
