    1) This will be the HF Longhorns year! 8 or 9 starters returning from a pretty good team. These guys have played together for years. 2) BC is always good and have two of the best players in the area. 3) HJ will be third best in the district but will still be a very good team.

    I am not sure which are class of 2009, but these are my picks: Benoit, Jalali, Reyenga and Stone from PNG. Sims, Hester, and Bruce from Vidor. Bellow from Nederland. Hicks and Robertson from BC. McDonald and Falgout from Kelly. Muelner, Wilson and Swoboda from WB. Statum and Phelps from OF. Cloeren and Barry from LCM. Phillips and Parker from Jasper. Eaves from HF.
